It's been nearly 2 years since I first founded the ISS together with Count TaSessine. During that time I'm proud of the many friends and achievements made, for both the ISS and me personally.
Some of the most memorable moments on The Journey have been the birth of the ISS, writing the original ISS charter and negotiating the first host alliance access in Period Basis, to drafting and managing the Marginis IPO, hauling tranquilities first gallente public trading station, through 4 other IPOs to the biggest of all IPOs - the alliance itself ISSO.
As all alliance leaders will know, management and responsibility on this scale takes a toll, and so it is for me. Over the last 6 months, my interest in projects for Tranquility have taken a new direction, and I can no longer keep the quality of effort I would like for ISS projects. So .. it is time for me to depart the ISS.
Stins will be taking on my role as Financial Director and Executor of the ISS. Stins has been the backbone of ISS Logistics since the birth of the ISS, an ISS management team member for over a year and has demonstrated his accumen many times in both trading, finance and diplomacy. The role changes are effective immediately.
I wish my friends at the ISS the best of luck in the future, you're in good hands with Stins.
Before anyone asks: - Yes, you need to contact Stins for Share Exchange - Yes, I will be keeping the shares I bought in ISSO - No, I don't get a golden handshake (OOC: unless beers in RL count)

Originally by: Taikun ... Lets put the record straight. Serenity Steele and other ISS directors have caused the massive loss of shareholder wealth, with no doubt consider amounts of personal profit gained.
Perhaps celebrations on a long overdue exit would be more appropriate instead of the kissy kissy" posts considering the wasteland Serenity Steele is leaving behind.
Taikun
Thanks for your bile reply Taikun, I think you missed the whole ISS thing, because quite frankly, your post shows a complete lack of understanding of how the ISS was formed, why it was formed, and what the background to my forming it was.
The benefit I received was the intellectual and emotional challenge of conceiving the Alliance, the IPOs and the opportunity to play at a unique level in EvE.
I've always been richer in EvE than necessary (and than most players), and have frequently financially contributed to the ISS' operations. Never had Neither need nor desire.

Taikun, your false assertions remain nothing more.
I make no claims as to why ISS was created. The facts are it was created for the aims I stated.
ISS achieved everything I wanted it to while 'I was on watch'. The capture of the ISS stations was indeed a down point, for which I am to blame, in so far as creating the IPOs and building the contruction platforms.

Edited by: Serenity Steele on 22/03/2007 22:43:18 Cheers for the compliments.
I'm going to stick with EvE, will stick to working on intelligence services like Maps, Outpost and Alliance data until I get time to play properly again.
Old Alliance Executors never leave, they just play their Alts.

lol - your making me laugh - your version of the alleged truth is drifting so far from reality it is *really funny*.
Don't forget that your lack of experience meeting anyone with "a good heart" is not indicative of the universe around you.
